My experience at this hotel was pretty disappointing. Despite booking ahead, I arrived to find my room was not available, and it felt unorganized with a lack of communication from the staff. The check-in process was particularly frustrating, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. I won’t be staying here again.
